Please sort all laundry items & dry cleaning items into separate bags and mark the bags appropriately and have ready for when the driver arrives. Any items to be hang dried need to be sorted separately as well. Please have your laundry in a convenient location for pickup. If you have other instruction for your laundry other than our standard wash, please specify under your Preferences/Special Instructions, or Additional Options (next step). Please have all laundry in bags prior to the driver arriving for the pickup.
